Final Thoughts
The M-League 2020 Season has meant a lot to the M-League Watch staff. Let’s take a look at some of their final words on what they thought about this season and what it has meant for them.

In a year marred by numerous global issues, getting to watch and follow the M-League, even during lockdown has been a welcome escape. It allowed the maintaining of contact and bonds between people who were physically kept apart during this time.
This past year has also let me focus a lot on my Japanese reading, which meant I could follow more of the M-League than I’d been able to in the past. But also the M-League broadcasts, articles, and tweets became places where I could observe the growth in my language ability throughout the year. And towards the end of the season I’ve been able to help other international fans get some of the news that is usually locked behind a language barrier. So as the M-League this season has helped me with my Japanese, I hope to start giving back, and work to deliver M-League news to new audiences in the seasons to come.

Though I started this blog almost a year ago while the 2019 season was still going, the 2020 season was the first full season that I have watched. For me personally, M-League helped me stay sane and helped me get through this pandemic. There’s always something to look forward to every week, a new surprise around every corner. Even if the start time wasn’t ideal, I’d make my best effort to make it.
With the creation of the M-League Watch Discord server, we expanded our reach and met a lot of new friends. We discussed stats, predictions, expressed our emotions and hopes for our teams and cheered each other on. Even when our teams got eliminated, we kept watching. With the camaraderie and the friendships that came, we bonded together over a common activity. The time we spent together can’t be replaced.
For all the people who read and supported me with my writings, I sincerely thank you.
A Message from the M-League Watch Writers

The 2020 M-League Season is the first season that we covered. Spending hours writing articles, translating tweets and making GIFs, it was a lot of work. With the Discord Server, we created a space where M-League fans from all teams could come together and discuss anything they wanted about M-League, from who was going to be playing that day to what would be an appropriate meal to eat from the championship plate. With the small fantasy draft that we had, we even had a friendly rivalry going on.
Even though the writing team and our readers may be from different part of the globe, there is one thing that we all have in common: we love M-League. The team is committed to bringing you everything you need to know about M-League, pre-season, during the season and post-season.
From everyone here at M-League Watch, we would like to give a big congratulation to the EX Furinkazan for winning the championship! And to all the readers and followers, we thank you so much for you support. We couldn’t have done this without you. We hope to see you back here again next season!
