The Akasaka Drivens are the top gainers this week. Despite Asami getting a 4th at the start of this week, Taro stepped up in a big way. He won both the games he played this week and ended up in the positives. With a +111.4pts gain, the team climbs up to 1st place overall.

Also gaining this week are the Sega Sammy Phoenix, Konami Mahjong Fight Club and U-Next Pirates. The Sega Sammy Phoenix in particular are having a very impressive run, now sitting at five weeks with positive results and getting close to the -200.0’s range. The Konami Mahjong Fight Club break the +250.0pts mark and the U-Next Pirates (who is ecstatic about Yu’s record-breaking five wins in a row) break the +300.0pts line.

Having losses this week are the Shibuya Abemas, EX Furinkazan, Kadokawa Sakura Knights and Beast Japanext all went down going into the new year. For the Shibuya Abemas, EX Furinkazan and Beast Japanext all continued their downward drop. With the results on Friday, the EX Furinkazan dropped into the negatives. As for the Kadokawa Sakura Knights, they drop out of top spot and down to 3rd place.

Finally, we have Team Raiden. After getting close to escaping the negatives, the team fell again, failing to get a 1st place. The team drops down to below -200.0pts and are now in 7th place, below the cutoff.
