Standings

The biggest gainer this week is the Beast X. They may have only gained +80.7pts this week, but it was enough to push them into 2nd place in the standings. The big highlight for the team was the daily double on Monday by Daisuke and Nakada, with Nakada getting her best game of the season with 65,100.

We had a lot of other gainers this week, including the EX Furinkazan, Akasaka Drivens, Earth Jets, Sega Sammy Phoenix, Kadokawa Sakura Knights and Shibuya Abemas. With Nagai’s 12th win on Friday, he is getting close to the M-League record of most wins of 13. In addition, the EX Furinkazan they are a 1st place away from breaking +1000.0pts. The Akasaka Drivens gained points in five of their six games to get them closer to the positives. The Earth Jets got two 1sts to space them away from the dreaded 10th place. The Sega Sammy Phoenix had Daigo getting a 1st and a big 2nd to rise a bit. And the Kadokawa Sakura Knights and Shibuya Abemas both avoided 4th place in their games.

Team Raiden and Konami Mahjong Fight Club were droppers this week. Though Team Raiden had two 1sts, they had two bigger 4ths push them closer to 5th and 6h place. And the Konami Mahjong Fight Club couldn’t get a single 1st place and ended up getting a double 4th on Friday, losing them the 2nd place spot in the standings.

U-Next Pirates. This is the third week in a row that the U-Next Pirates have had triple-digit losses. Even as there was a little hope on Thursday with the team’s first 1st place since Christmas, Kobayashi ended up getting a -16,500 4th place to erase all that work. The team now sits near -800.0pts with only about 2 months left to go.
