- May 25, 2023: The Sega Sammy Phoenix announce that Kondo Seiichi will be stepping down as a player and will become the team’s new manager (replacing Yoshino Shinichi)
- May 26, 2023: M-League announces the creation of a 9th team sponsored by BSJapanext.
- May 26, 2023: BSJapanext announces a competition to choose one of the four plyers on the team
- May 29, 2023: Murakami Jun and Maruyama Kanako are dropped by the Akasaka Drivens
- May 31, 2023: BSJapanext officially reveals the team’s name “BEAST Japanext”, their logo and the eight candidates for their draft audition.
- June 4, 2023: Hitotsui Shinya (JPML) wins the 2023 IKUSA Tournament, becomes the EX Furinkazan’s Special Sparring Partner
- June 17, 2023: Sugawara Hiroe wins the Beast Japanext draft audition, securing a spot on the team

- August 3, 2023: M-League publishes the 216-game schedule and announces a 30-game semifinals and 16-game finals

- January 2, 2024: Maruyama Kanako wins the Pro Baseball New Year’s Mahjong Exchange Tournament
- February 26, 2024: Suzuki Taro wins the second game with a score of 112,800, beating the M-League record by 100
- March 29, 2024: The M-League 2023-24 Regular Season ends with the Sega Sammy Phoenix, Team Raiden and Beast Japanext being eliminated
